Survey on the use of AI in ITSM as part of a master's thesis

Hello Together,

I am currently in the final stage of my Master’s degree at the Center for Advanced Studies (CAS) of the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University, writing my Master’s thesis. The master thesis deals with the identification of possible applications of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for IT Service Management (ITSM). The aim of this survey is to identify the current status of the use of artificial intelligence applications in the field of IT service management.

In the further course of the work, the future development of AI applications in the ITSM area will be considered, with the help of the Delphi method, a consensus will be determined in this regard. If you are interested in participating in the Delphi method, please contact cas323911@cas.dhbw.de.

This survey will be conducted anonymously and only the answers will be stored. It will take approximately 20-30 minutes to complete the survey. Depending on the answers, the number of questions will be between 45 and 76. The survey will be open until 09 October 2022.

I would be pleased if you participate in this survey.

Hi Lucas,

The survey questions are not getting translated into English.

Could you please post the translation of questions and options here?

The community would be able to help better if translated questions/options were available in English.

Kind regards,
Anand

Hi Anand,
The english translation ist right below the german version, i didnt found an option in the tool to let the user decide which language he wants and the system to show the language in that case, sorry

Got it. Right-click → “Translate to English.” worked.

It does not automatically translate when selecting “English” from the dropdown at the top-right corner of the Chrome browser(desktop).

To translate into English, we need to right-click and select “Translate to English,” and then google translates it correctly.

Ok good thank you, i will check it tomorrow, the english translation is just shown in the german (Deutsch) version. It looks like i mixed something up or didnt unterstand zhe tool right
