I can not imagine any IT company these days not be using ITIL in their practices knowingly or unknowingly. Every business deployed IT service management best practices to improve business processes. This cut costs, and enhance the experience of IT service users.

  1. Incidents and Requests in one place which is core Incident Management.
  2. Self-Service Options to end users which is part of setting up internal Service Desk.
  3. Asset Management(CMDB) is also widely used ITIL standard practice.
  4. Based on review report on KPI’s, Change & Problem Management also used in various business across IT industry>
