Whether Problem Management is different between ITILv3 and ITIL4?

What are your thoughts about the differences in problem management between the two versions?

Hi Anand,

Problem Management standard guidelines remain the same in both ITIL V3 and ITIL V4. ITIL V4 just allow organizations freedom to customize it following the same ITIL v3 template for Problem management.
