Which are the best books available for ITIL from the certifications & professional growth perspective?

There are plenty of good books available in the market. Also, a lot of online courses available for ITIL certification. Before jumping into any such course, you should know your current position first.

ITIL is divided between 5 levels of certifications:

  1. ITIL Foundation
  2. ITIL Intermediate
  3. ITIL Managing across the life cycle
  4. ITIL Expert Level
  5. ITIL Master Qualification

If you’re a beginner. you should go with ITIL 4 Foundation by Georgio Daccache. Once you complete the foundation course, many different pathways will open for you to explore.
