Which ITSM tool you use? What are 3 best features of it, you like? Which features you wish it should have?

I wish, one feature should available like process automation in ITSM integrated with DWP. Using that we can directly create Request on Request entry console and DWP. All things should be considered like Approval, Assignments, nested processes, questions with good UI and Answered with all format supported.

We use ServiceNow as a ITSM tool.

We are using ServiceNow as ITSM tool because of having below said benefits.

  1. Better visibility of IT service issues and available solutions.
  2. The ability to automate routine service tasks, freeing IT staff to focus on more complex problems.
  3. An ongoing process of improvement, ensuring that IT capabilities keep step with increasingly complicated technology needs.
